QuickBooks reporting integration

This software is a private internal tool. It is operated by Better Good Agency on behalf of The Third Wave and Psychedelic Coaching Institute, and it is not offered, sold or licensed to anyone else.

What it does

It reads accounting figures from one authorised QuickBooks Online company and uses them to produce a weekly key performance report for that company's own management. That is its only purpose.

What it may not do

• It does not create, change or delete any QuickBooks record. Write, update and delete operations are disabled in its configuration.
• It does not share QuickBooks data with any third party.
• It does not use QuickBooks data to train models or build any product.

Access and termination

Access is granted by the company through Intuit's authorisation flow and may be revoked at any time from within QuickBooks, which stops all access immediately and without notice to us.

Warranty

The software is provided as is, without warranty. It reports figures for internal review; it is not accounting advice and does not replace the company's books or its accountants.
