QuickBooks reporting integration

This integration is used by one organisation to read its own accounting data. It has no public users and collects nothing from members of the public.

What is accessed

Financial summary data from one authorised QuickBooks Online company: profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow and related report figures. Access is read-only and enforced in configuration, not only by policy.

What is stored

• Figures used in the weekly report are retained with the report, so that any number in it can be traced to the query and date that produced it.
• Authorisation tokens are stored on the operator's own machine, readable only by the operator's account.
• No QuickBooks data is stored on this website. These pages are static and set no cookies.

Who sees it

Only Better Good Agency staff working on this reporting engagement, and the client's own team, who are the subject of the data. It is never sold, shared with advertisers, or used to train models.

Retention and revocation

The company may revoke access at any time from within QuickBooks. On request we delete the stored tokens and any retained figures we still hold.
